This site will provide a platform for the traders. The site will become place for traders to put their offers (inform about their products) and enquiries (inform about the requirement they have) that will be free of cost. Other person would be able to see those offers and enquiries details and able to response that offer or enquiry with out knowing the details of person who has posted the offer or enquiry.

The person can either accept the offer or go for counter bid. In counter offer he would be able to bargain for every thing as in real life like specification, packing, price, quantity, payment terms, special condition etc. as well as specify till which date he want to receive the response. Now the person who has posted the offer or enquiry will see the response and if he wants to accept he will accept or go for the counter offer. These counter bargaining will go till either party accept. The person who has posted the offer or enquiry will have more then one response and it will give him the facility to chose the best response and response them.

Once some person accepts the counter offer, offer or enquiry the brokerage slip will be generated and all the parties involved in that offer or enquiry will get mail. The buyer will get seller full address, the seller will get buyer full address and other parties who had given their counter offer will get the message that deals has been concluded. All the above transaction will go through the administrator right from allowing the members to login, make the offers and enquiries available to public, allow the counter bid information to go to other party and generating the brokerage slip.
